New minute coffee location now open in prominent corner spot
at Fountain View that was previously a Starbucks

But Starbucks isn't resting on its laurels either. The original American latte-frappu-cappuccino chain has a new locations on Richmond at Chimney Rock and farther west on Westheimer past Hillcroft, where it shares a building with what appears to be Ueberritos' replacement for its West Alabama outpost of erstwhile Mission Burrito fame. The storied burrito purveyor lost not only the legal dispute over its (former) name, but also its lease in that Upper Kirby location last year.
The new spot is where Doneraki was and is no more: 7705 Westheimer Road Houston, TX 77063. Ueberrito recently taught us to associate its take on tortilla-wrapped Mexican food with a German superlative with umlaut (can you say, not to mention type, "Ü"?), and is now gearing up to give us wholesome helpings of .... Fresh-Mex. Enjoy it while you can, -- before the next trademark dispute gets under way.
JUST A MINUTE: MORE MINUTI COFFEE-HOUSE PICS
