City orange-tags trash-littered former Fly-High-Little-Bunny site on Shepherd

Former Fly High Little Bunny plot on S. Shepherd attracts orange COH violation stickers thanks to apparently unauthorized ueber-tall picket fence on the Western perimeter. No mention that a fine old tree on the vacant field was also killed. Maybe that's not regulated.

Come to think of it. Why is it that the erection of a fence is a punishable infraction (without permit), but the cutting down of trees is (apparently) not? - Or perhaps the City blessed the tree murder like on Richmond where the Big Tex storage box is coming.
