Vaulted restaurant space on Main still vacant - at the historic Sweeney, Coombs & Fredericks Building near the Harris County Courthouse District

301 Main Street at Congress Ave with Nit Noi Thai Restaurant 

Although rumors about a successor to Nit Noi have surfaced,
the corner restaurant space has been vacant for many months.
The building is not completely unoccupied. A law firm has offices on 
in the upper portion.
