The Houston Press and others report that the Goode Company is about to launch a revamp and expansion of its iconic Texas restaurant and live music locale on Kirby Drive. The famous mascot - the horned and mirror-plated armadillo -- in whose honor the Company's Armadillo Palace is named -- will stay put at its corner spot at Bartlett and Kirby.
