DIGGING INTO THE DIRT:
ALL THE ELEGANCE AND LUXURY WILL COME
IN DUE TIME
Excavation work is now underway at the Kirby Collection project site between Kirby Drive and Lake St a W. Main (formerly the site of the funeral parlor bars). The construction activity is well-concealed behind the fencing, but the heavy trucks that haul off the dirt put a strain on Upper Kirby traffic, and the ground-preparation work also generates a significant amount of dust.
Renderings posted on the Kirby-facing side of the barrier surrounding the huge construction zone give an idea of what Thor Equities is bringing to the Upper Kirby District.
It will take a while.
