Rum: an alcoholic liquor distilled from sugar-cane residues or molasses. So far, so good. We didn't actually need wikipedia or online dictionary for that. But how about Rhum? Rhum bar? - Yet to be defined. Or perhaps whoever did the paint job had too much of the stuff already. Or perhaps it's just a clever marketing gimmick to get the curious in the door, and on the deck, to find out what's the story with the Rhum.

Ok, so its turns out that wikipedia does have an answer for this puzzle.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
Rhum can mean a number of things:
the spelling for the Scottish island of Rùm from Victorian times to 1991
an alternative spelling for rum called rhum agricole, a distilled beverage made from sugarcane by-product that typically distinguishes rum made from molasses in French-speaking locales of the Caribbean.
Now, that we have been enlightened, we should have some of the that alternate rum to celebrate our newly-found Carribbean cultural competence.
