Mission Burrito morphs into Überrito after infringement lawsuit - Sprechen Sie Alemán? Los Burritos con Umlaut

You can't type Überrito with a regular US keyboard.
Can you at least say it?
This is what Mission Burrito has become after being sued for infringement by another Mission-styled outfit in the ethnic food business. So what is an Ueberrito? A German-Mexican burrito? Or one just superlatively good?

Germans may now have the benefit of the burrito experience (there is Chipotle at the conference center in Frankfurt), but they are probably at a loss to fathom what makes a burrito an "ueber". Or perhaps they'd figure it's a super-macho version of a Margarita.

When the mission signage was still up: Mission Burrito in 2011
There is a new residential development emerging on the lot to the right now.

2245 West Alabama Street, Houston, TX 77098

Update: Per legal website justia.com
ÜBERRITO has been trademarked
